This app is designed to edit and manage settings for Saturno hardware on your iPhone. We do not run user accounts in the app. Your presets, names, and editor preferences are stored on your device unless you choose to connect to your pedal or export data yourself.

1. Data we do not collect

The Saturno app does not require sign-up and does not send your name, email, or phone number to us.

We do not use this app to collect:

Your identity (name, email, phone, or similar) for registration in the app;
Precise location tracking;
Advertising IDs, cross-app tracking, or behavioural analytics for ad networks;
The content of your banks, presets, or MIDI configuration off your device — that data stays under your control on the phone unless you explicitly share or export it elsewhere.

2. Where your data stays

Editor state (for example preset names, loop/remote states stored for editing, language choice, and UI preferences) is kept locally using on-device storage. When you connect to your pedal over MIDI, communication is between your iPhone and your equipment; it is not uploaded to Saturno “cloud servers” by this app simply because you edited a preset.

3. Hardware manufacturer and firmware

saturnopedais.com.br is the hardware manufacturer’s website for Saturno pedals (not this app’s developer site). Product details, downloads, and manufacturer support are provided there.

If the manufacturer changes or updates firmware on your device, behaviour and protocols can change. In some cases, features of this app may stop working or work differently until we ship an app update that matches those changes. We will always try to keep this app updated and compatible with current hardware and firmware when it is feasible to do so.

The developers of this app do not control the manufacturer’s decisions about ongoing production, product lifecycle, or hardware and firmware update plans and schedules. Those matters are entirely under the manufacturer’s responsibility.

4. Third-party services

The app does not embed third-party advertising SDKs or social login. Apple may process limited technical data as part of distributing the app through the App Store under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not ask for age or profile data. If you are a parent and have concerns, contact us using the details below.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
